WHAT IS EYELID AESTHETICS?

Eyelid aesthetics is an operation aimed at eliminating deformations, sagging and bagging that occur on the eyelids. Although it is usually needed after the age of 40, it may also be needed at an earlier age for structural and genetic reasons in some people. The upper eyelid is part of the upper face and forehead unit, and the lower eyelid is part of the middle face and its continuation. For this reason, eyelid surgeries can be combined with other facial rejuvenation surgeries in patients who are needed. As it can be performed together with procedures such as face lifting, eyebrow lifting and botox, it is preferred by many patients.

WHO CAN UNDERGO THIS PROCEDURE?

– Patients usually over 40 years of age with upper eyelid drooping and/or lower eyelid bagging
– People who have problems around the eye due to external factors
– Those who encounter these problems at a younger age for structural and genetic reasons are also candidates for this surgery.

BEFORE EYELID AESTHETICS

As with all surgeries, smokers are recommended to quit smoking at least 2 weeks in advance. The patient should inform his/her doctor about the drugs (s)he is using. In particular, blood thinners may need to be discontinued or revised before surgery. At the same time, the use of eye drops and associated drugs should be stopped.

EYELID AESTHETIC SURGERY

In upper eyelid surgery, an incision is made from the upper eyelid fold, removing excess skin and herniated excess fat. In lower eyelid surgery, fat that causes bagging are removed by entering just under the eyelashes. In some cases, an incision can be made inside the lid during lower eyelid surgery. The average duration of surgery is 1-1.5 hours. After the end of the operation, hospitalization procedures begin.

AFTER SURGERY

Patients can be discharged on the same day after surgery, or 1 day of hospitalization may be required. There may be swelling around the eyes and bruises in places. This condition ends within 1 week. Dikişlerin olduğu süreçte gözleri fazla yormamak önemlidir. Sutures are removed on days 5-7. It is necessary to look at the environment in a way that does not tire the eyes too much, and in addition, do not tire the eyes with sudden movements. The patient can return to his social life after 1 Week-10 days.

Phenomenally Done Beyond My Expectations

It’s really so much good to say I don’t know where to start! Your initial communication with the patient coordinator (Basel was mine) was amazing! He speaks good English and when I say His response time is under a minute, I mean it! Dr Murat himself is so kind and very realistic and HONEST about what he believes your outcome will be with what surgery you are looking to do. The hospital stay after the surgery was 5 star, nothing like surgery in America. You stay for 2-3 days depending on your surgery and you get free meals but can also order meals and the food is great. The private room you have after surgery is like a hotel! The surgery itself went so smooth and easy and that’s really what you should care about most! It’s too early to give you after photos but what iv seen so far the Dr’s work is really phenomenally done beyond my expectations! If your skeptical about surgery in Turkey or with Dr Murat I’m telling you now! DO IT! I had two procedures carried out by Dr Murat in 2021. After losing over 10st (65kg) I had a lot of loose skin in my abdomimal area, arms, inner thighs and my breasts had no fat tissue at all. Initially, I had a 360 tummy tuck in Turkey procedure in April 2021. Three months later Dr Murat performed 3 procedures in one: breast uplift with implants, thighs uplift, arms skin removal. He Removed All My Fat Rolls That The Miami Doctor Could Not

I’m from Nyc(Brooklyn) originally. I really didn’t know what to expect from traveling to Turkey alone for multiple surgeries especially at one time ..but,let me tell u something (Do it!) you will not be disappointed! Dr Murat is very professional,sweet honest and handsome, he removed all my fat rolls that the Miami docter could not even remove in 2019 even after he said it will be difficult! Be brave,get your iron to 13 or even 12.5,eat healthy and have real expectations + dieting a few months before can help u get your goals together quicker! P.s. It’s Been Than Month And I’m Getting Better Every Day

I underwent surgery for a somewhat complicated breast lift and a small abdominoplasty.
