1)WHAT IS ENLARGED BREAST (GYNECOMASTIA) IN MEN?

Breast growth in a man (gynecomastia) is breast growth in a feminine way in a man. This growth in the breasts occurs as a result of an increase in fat, breast tissue, or both. Various hormone imbalances, medications, and certain endocrinological diseases can cause gynecomastia. But a cause of gynecomastia cannot be found in most cases. In addition, gynecomastia may occur physiologically in men for 3 periods. These periods are infancy, adolescence, and old age, respectively. Gynecomastia, which can be seen during adolescence, is mostly temporary, but can also be permanent. Especially in cases such as hump and back curvature, gynecomastia can manifest itself more. Enlarged breast surgery is essential for men to get rid of this condition.

3)BEFORE SURGERY

As before all surgeries, smokers are advised to stop smoking at least 2 weeks in advance before gynecomastia surgery. Before surgery, the patient should inform his/her doctor about the drugs (s)he is using. In particular, blood thinners may need to be discontinued or revised.

4)GYNECOMASTIA SURGERY

Surgery is performed under general anesthesia. Liposuction technique is usually used for adipose tissue that causes growth in the breasts. 0.5 cm incisions made in 1-2 points are entered and fat tissue are removed out by breaking down using special cannulas. If the mammary gland accompanying the adipose tissue is also accessed, the mammary glands are also removed by entering into with a 1-1.5 cm incision made under the nipple.

5)AFTER GYNECOMASTIA SURGERY

Patients are usually discharged the day after surgery. Immediately after the operation, a supporting corset is worn and this corset is used for 3-4 weeks. After day 2, the patient can take a bath. As from the days 2-3, the patient can return to work and social life with a corset. Swelling and bruises recede within 2 weeks. It is recommended to avoid heavy activity for 6 weeks. In this process, it is necessary not to lift heavy items or to stay away from any activity that will force the body.

Phenomenally Done Beyond My Expectations

It’s really so much good to say I don’t know where to start! Your initial communication with the patient coordinator (Basel was mine) was amazing! He speaks good English and when I say His response time is under a minute, I mean it! Dr Murat himself is so kind and very realistic and HONEST about what he believes your outcome will be with what surgery you are looking to do. The hospital stay after the surgery was 5 star, nothing like surgery in America. You stay for 2-3 days depending on your surgery and you get free meals but can also order meals and the food is great. The private room you have after surgery is like a hotel! The surgery itself went so smooth and easy and that’s really what you should care about most! It’s too early to give you after photos but what iv seen so far the Dr’s work is really phenomenally done beyond my expectations! If your skeptical about surgery in Turkey or with Dr Murat I’m telling you now! DO IT! I had two procedures carried out by Dr Murat in 2021. After losing over 10st (65kg) I had a lot of loose skin in my abdomimal area, arms, inner thighs and my breasts had no fat tissue at all. He Removed All My Fat Rolls That The Miami Doctor Could Not

I’m from Nyc(Brooklyn) originally. I really didn’t know what to expect from traveling to Turkey alone for multiple surgeries especially at one time ..but,let me tell u something (Do it!) you will not be disappointed! Dr Murat is very professional,sweet honest and handsome, he removed all my fat rolls that the Miami docter could not even remove in 2019 even after he said it will be difficult! Be brave,get your iron to 13 or even 12.5,eat healthy and have real expectations + dieting a few months before can help u get your goals together quicker! P.s. It’s Been Than Month And I’m Getting Better Every Day

I underwent surgery for a somewhat complicated breast lift and a small abdominoplasty.
